AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO
AMENDING CHAPTER 90 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO
CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED SOUTH OF 140TH STREET AND EAST
OF FOREST BOULEVARD
THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of the Cite Code. Chapter 90 of the City Code of the
City of Hugo, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of
Hugo Zoning Map to General Business (C-2) with respect to the properties legally
described as follows:

Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage.

The following Legal Description is as shown on the First American Title
Insurance Company title commitment number NCS-897177-PHX1, dated
March 22, 2018:

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO
AMENDING CHAPTER 90 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE
TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED SOUTH OF 140TH STREET
AND EAST OF FOREST BOULEVARD
THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of the City Godo, Chapter 90 of the City Code of
the City of Hugo, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification
on the City of Hugo Zoning Map to General Business (C-2) with respect to the
properties legally described as part of the NY2 of the NW1/4 of Section" 29,
T31 N, R21 W. Full legal available at City Hall.
Section 2. Eff -ati� ve Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its
passage.
