Chair Weidt called the meeting to order at 5:02 pm.
PRESENT: Gallivan, Houle, Petty, Weidt
ABSENT: Houle, Klein, Puleo.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR THE EDA MEETING OF APRIL 19, 2016
Klein made motion, Denaway seconded, to approve minutes for the EDA meeting of April 19, 2016.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
GROWING GENERATIONS DAYCARE — JESSICA SHARP, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Juba introduced Jessica Sharp, who is the Executive Director for Growing Generations Daycare.
DOWNTOWN REDEVELOPMENT
Staff provided an update to the EDA on downtown redevelopment.
ADJOURNMENT
Klein made a motion, seconded by Gallivan, to adjourn at 5:41 p.m.
All ayes. Motion carried.
