APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR DEBRA ORR FOR
PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 12928 JODY AVE N AND 9105 130TH ST N.
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Debra Orr that requests approval of a property
line adjustment for properties located west of Jody Avenue N and south of 130'h Street N.
WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in two parcels described as
follows:

WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line
adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the property line
adjustment for Debra Orr.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 17"' day of Dece/mb 2018.

feet to the point of beginning and there terminating.

21, Washington County, Minnesota described as BEGINNING at the southwest corner of said
Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence on an assumed bearing of South 89
degrees 44 minutes 38 seconds East along the south line thereof a distance of 704.28 feet to
the west line of the east 604.80 feet thereof; thence North 00 degrees 32 minutes 08 seconds
East along said west line a distance of 695.75 feet to the north line of the south 695.74 feet
thereof; thence North 89 degrees 44 minutes 38 seconds West along said north line of the
south 695.74 feet a distance of 73.19 feet; thence South 42 degrees 37 minutes 10 seconds
West a distance of 941.61 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
