AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO
AMENDING CHAPTER 90 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO
CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED SOUTH OF 125TH STREET NORTH, EAST OF ILLIES
AVENUE NORTH AND NORTH OF 120TH STREET
THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Chapter 90 of the City Code of the City of Hugo,
Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Hugo Zoning Map to
PUD (Planned Unit Development) with respect to the 136.7 -acre property legally described as
follows:

Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage.
