A RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PARKING ALONG 130TH STREET
FROM FOREST BOULEVARD (TH 61) TO GOODVIEW AVENUE
FOR THE 130TH STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
S.A.P. 224-110-002
WHEREAS, the City Council of Hugo has planned improvements along 130th Street from Forest
Boulevard (TH 61) to Goodview Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo has ordered the project for the 130th Street Improvement Project;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo will be expending Municipal State Aid funds provided by the
Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) on improvements along 130th Street; and
WHEREAS, the improvements along 130th Street from Forest Boulevard (TH 61) to Goodview
Avenue does not provide adequate width for parking on the street; and approval of the proposed
construction as a Municipal State Aid Street project must therefore be conditioned upon certain
parking restrictions.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hugo, Minnesota,
as follows:
1. The City of Hugo shall prohibit the parking of motor vehicles along 1301h Street from
Forest Boulevard to Goodview Avenue.
This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the City of H�uL„go on the 4th day of February,
2019, by a vote of all Ayes and no Nays.
