A RESOLUTION DECLARING APPROVAL OF MODIFICATIONS TO THE
MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET SYSTEM FOR THE CITY OF HUGO,
MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, as a requirement to qualify for state aid funding for streets, it is necessary that the
City Council designate certain streets within the City of Hugo to create a Municipal State Aid
Street system (MSAS); and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendations of the City Engineer and has
approved the modifications to the City of Hugo MSAS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO:
1. That Rosemary Way from Elmcrest Ave N to Victor Hugo Blvd be revoked from the City
of Hugo MSAS.
2. That Everton Ave N from Frenchman Rd (CR 8) to 142nd St N be added to the City of
Hugo MSAS.
3. That 142nd St N from Everton Ave N to Oneka Pkwy be added to the City of Hugo
MSAS.
4. That Oneka Pkwy from 142nd St to Frenchman Rd (CR 8) be added to the City of Hugo
MSAS.
5. That the City Administrator shall provide a certified copy of this resolution to the City
Engineer for transmittal to the Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of
Transportation by May 1, 2019.

Council members voting NAY: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted tlyi st day of April, 2019.

resolution of the HUGO City Council, dated April 1, 2019, is hereby approved:
REVOCATION OF A PORTION OF MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET NO. 118
Rosemary Way from Elmcrest Avenue N to Victor Hugo Blvd.
Pursuant to Minnesota Statute, Section 162.09 (2009), the establishment, location,
designation, and numbering of the following Municipal State Aid Street, or portions
thereof as requested by a resolution adopted, April 1, 2019, by the HUGO City
Council, is hereby approved:

142"d Street N from Everton Avenue to Oneka Parkway.
EXTENSION OF MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET NO. 111
Oneka Parkway from 142"d Street N to Frenchman Road.

Everton Avenue from 142"d Street N to Frenchman Road.
