HUGO CITY COUNCIL MEETING
LOCAL BOARD OF APPEALS AND EQUALIZATION
THURSDAY, APRIL 11, 2019
5:30-7:00 P.M.
Mayor Weidt called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
PRESENT: Haas, Klein, Miron, Petryk, Weidt
STAFF PRESENT: City Administrator Bryan Bear, Community Development Assistant Emily
Weber, City Clerk Michele Lindau
The Hugo City Council met as the Board of Appeals and Equalization to hear from property
owners for the purpose of reviewing and correcting the assessment of real estate for the year
2020. Five property owners appeared before the board. The board was also presented with eight
maintenance changes from the County.
Miron made motion, Klein seconded, to approve all maintenance changes recommended by the
County.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
Miron made motion, Petryk seconded, to approve no change on the Fakler property.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
Miron made motion, Klein seconded, to approve no change on the Mooney property.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
Haas made motion, Klein seconded, to approve no change on the Thayer property.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
Klein made motion, Miron seconded, to make no change on the Arcand property.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
Klein made motion, Miron seconded, to adjourn at 7 p.m.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
