CITY OF HUGO
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PARKING ALONG ROSEMARY WAY
FROM EVERTON AVENUE NORTH TO ELMCREST AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, the City Council of Hugo has taken complaints regarding parking along Rosemary
Way; and
WHEREAS, Rosemary Way is part of our State Aid road network with Rosemary Way not
meeting width requirements for unrestricted parking; and
WHEREAS, long term plans for Rosemary Way, as identified in the comprehensive plan, would
not include parking along Rosemary Way.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hugo, Minnesota,
as follows:
1. The City of Hugo shall prohibit the parking of motor vehicles along Rosemary Way from
Everton Avenue North to Elmcrest Avenue North.

2019, by a vote of five Ayes and no Nays.
