The Hugo City Council attended the 10 Anniversary Celebration of the Yellow Ribbon
Network held at Hugo City Hall in the Oneka Room and the Council Chambers. The guest of
Honor was the Minnesota National Guard Adjutant General Major General Jon Jensen. Council
Member Haas provided a recap of the many ways the Hugo Yellow Ribbon Network has
supported the military over the past ten years. The event was well attended.
