HUGO CITY COUNCIL MEETING
VICTOR GARDENS NORTH VILLAGE HOA
MEETING TUESDAY, JULY 9, 2019
7:00 P.M.
PRESENT: Klein, Miron, Petryk, Weidt
ABSENT: Haas
STAFF PRESENT: City Administrator Bryan Bear, Parks Planner Shayla Denaway
The Hugo City Council scheduled this meeting in response to concern brought forth during the
public hearing on March 15, 2019, regarding a proposed apartment complex. Concerns voiced
were parking on Rosemary Way, lack of area parks, and maintenance of the roundabout. There
were four people in attendance from the Victor Gardens North Village Home Owners
Association. After discussion, it was concluded these items would be discussed with their board
and the Victor Gardens master board and brought back to the City with a proposal.
