EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING
<br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
<br />VILLAGE OF HUGO, MINNESOTA
<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting
<br />of the Village Council of the Village of Hugo, Minnesota, was held at
<br />the Village Hall in said Village on Tuesday, February 21, 1961, at
<br />7:00 o'clock P.M., with -the following members present: Maslowski,
<br />Marier, Burkhard, Letourneau
<br />and the following members absent: Wenzel
<br />The Clerk then presented affadavits of publication of notices
<br />of this meeting to contractors for the receipt of bids for the construc-
<br />tion of 1,I.aterworks Improvement No. 1960-1 with the exception of well
<br />bids for which bids have previously been received. Said affadavits
<br />were examined, approved and ordered filed and the Clerk announced that
<br />he had received 25 sealed bids according to said notices to contractors
<br />which, upon being opened, were found to be as follows:
