Itineraries must include an exact departure location with complete address and city. The vehicle will arrive 15 minutes prior to the departure time. Overnight trips should include hotel names, addresses and phone numbers. Please review them, making sure that all times, dates, addresses and all the information is correct so that we can reach our goal, provide you with the BEST service in the motorcoach industry. PLEASE call or write any changes on them, sign them and return both to VOIGT'S, P.O. Box I, St. Cloud, MN 56302. NO VEHICLES will be booked or confirmed until we have a signed reservation letter, and a SIGNED DRIVER'S ITINERARY in our office. PAYMENT: The above cost is an estimate only, based on the information you provided. A 10% deposit or $150 per vehicle, whichever is greater is due upon receipt of this reservation. The balance per vehicle is due 14 days prior to departure. Established accounts will be billed as per agreement. CANCELLATION: Unless prior arrangements have been made a $150 cancellation fee per vehicle will be charged if cancelled within 30 days of departure, $200 per vehicle if cancelled at pickup point plus applicable deadhead mileage charges. All cancellations are given a number at the time of cancellation. REVISIONS: WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE changes in service when requested 4 days or less from date of service. ALCOHOL: A $200 alcohol deposit is required per vehicle along with the payment if alcohol is planned during any part of the charter. Full reimbursement will be sent after the charter has run if it is determined by the driver and the person in charge that all is well, with no extra cleaning or repairs necessary. If extra cleaning or repairs are necessary the deposit will be adjusted appropriately and the balance or bill mailed to the customer. AT NO TIME WILL ALCOHOL BE ALLOWED ON ANY SCHOOL BUS. MISCELLANEOUS: 1. Smoking is prohibited at all times on our vehicle. 2. We reserve the right to lease equipment and drivers from other companies in order to fulfill this agreement. 3. VOIGT'S is not responsible for items left on the vehicle or loss of time due to mechanical failure, traffic or inclement weather.
