an impaired water for excess
nutrients.

the Rice Creek Watershed

• Between 50 and 200 acre-
feet of runoff will be reused
annually for irrigation (100
acre-feet is approximately 32
million ga8ons).
The project has the potential
to annually reduce the
phosphorus load directed
• to Bald Eagle Lake from the

75 and 225 pounds - up to a
�— 90% reduction. (75 pounds of

12 and 18 tons of algae)

Project Description:
The Bald Eagle Lake Watershed Stormwater Reuse/Phosphorus
Reduction Project will collect and store stormwater runoff from a
915acre watershed upstream of Bald Eagle Lake and use it instead
of well water to irrigate 116 acres within Oneka Ridge Golf Course.
After meeting irrigation needs, if additional runoff volume is available,
is will be pumped into infiltration arras to be constructed within the
golf course to further reduce runoff volumes.
The amount of stormwater reused for irrigation/infiltration
will vary from year to year, based the amount and
distribution of rainfall events.
The project is a step toward reducing water consumption
and ultimately the pumping of groundwater while improving
water quality and clarity.
Stormwater Reuse/Phosphorus Reduction Project
The project is funded by a Clean Water fund grant from
the Clean Water, Land, and Legacy Amendment. Matching
funds and in -kind project support are being provided by the
RCWD and the City of Hugo.
Construction is expected to begin in late 2013 and will be
concluded in the spring of 2014.

SEGMENT DESCRIPTION / OVERALL CHARACTER
The regional trail enters the core of the developed area along Highway 61 around 150th Street as it continues south through
Hugo along the abandoned rail corridor. A number of at -grade crossing are encountered, with the ones at 147th and County
Road 8 providing enhanced crosswalk features and markings. There is an existing regional trailhead at 145th Street, where
the existing trail ends. Hugo City Hall just north of this area also provides trailhead-type facilities and overflow parking with
direct access to the regional trail.
DEVELOPMENT ISSUES, CONSTRAINTS AND ENHANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Starting at 147th Street, the proposed
extension of the regional trail begins
following the same abandoned rail
corridor. This segment is expected to be
purchased by WCRRA, and available for
trail development thereafter. The City of
Hugo's trail system plan includes a local
trail connection at 147th Street, which
is appropriate and desirable. An already
developed segment of the Glacial Hills
Regional Trail corridor connects to this
regional trail at County Road 8, where
it heads west to link up with the Anoka
County regional trail system.
RIGHT-OF-WAY AND PRIVATE
PROPERTY FACTORS
With the acquisition of the abandoned
rail corridor between 145th and 140th
Streets, there are no right-of-way issues
of significance along this segment. There
are also no apparent private property
encroachment issues either.

departure location with complete address and city. The vehicle will arrive 15 minutes prior to the departure time. Overnight trips should include hotel
names, addresses and phone numbers. Please review them, making sure that all times, dates, addresses and all the information is correct so that we can
reach our goal, provide you with the BEST service in the motorcoach industry. PLEASE call or write any changes on them, sign them and return both to
VOIGT'S, P.O. Box 1, St. Cloud, MN 56302.
NO VEHICLES will be booked or confirmed until we have a signed reservation letter,
and a SIGNED DRIVER'S ITINERARY in our office.
PAYMENT: The above cost is an estimate only, based on the information you provided. A 10% deposit or $150 per
vehicle, whichever is greater is due upon receipt of this reservation. The balance per vehicle is due
14 days prior to departure. Established accounts will be billed as per agreement.
CANCELLATION: Unless prior arrangements have been made a $150 cancellation fee per vehicle will be charged if
cancelled within 30 days of departure, $200 per vehicle if cancelled at pickup point plus applicable deadhead mileage
charges. All cancellations are given a number at the time of cancellation.
REVISIONS: WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE changes in service when requested 4 days or less from date of service.
ALCOHOL: A $200 alcohol deposit is required per vehicle along with the payment if alcohol is planned during any
part of the charter. Full reimbursement will be sent after the charter has run if it is determined by the driver and the
person in charge that all is well, with no extra cleaning or repairs necessary. If extra cleaning or repairs are
necessary the deposit will be adjusted appropriately and the balance or bill mailed to the customer.
AT NO TIME WILL ALCOHOL BE ALLOWED ON ANY SCHOOL BUS.
MISCELLANEOUS: 1. Smoking is prohibited at all times on our vehicle. 2. We reserve the right to lease
equipment and drivers from other companies in order to fulfill this agreement. 3. VOIGT'S is not responsible for items
left on the vehicle or loss of time due to mechanical failure, traffic or inclement weather.
