Meeting called to order by Pres. Maslowski
at 8:12pm.
Roll call of officers: Emil Maslowski, Walter Marier,
Clarence Wenzel, James Letourneau, Robert Burkhand present.
Motion made and seconded that the following
bills be paid. Motion carried.

Motion made and seconded that
the following Water Construction bills be paid:

Village of Hugo County of Wash Minn.
Motion made and seconded to adopt Resolution
of Northern States Po. Co. relative to contract for
Municipal Water Pumping contract with N.S.P. Co.
Resolved that the Village Council of the Village of Hugo,
Washington County, Minnesota, hereby accepts the offer of the
Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota corporation, to
furnish the electric energy necessary for the operation of
municipal water pumping equipment at the Village's pumping
station as now located, and hereby approves all rates, terms,
conditions, and specifications contained in the proposed form
of Municipal Water Pumping Contract made a part of the offer of
said Company, and the proper officers of the Village are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the aforetold Contract for and
in the name of the Village, and to affix the corporate seal thereto.
Adopted by the Council of Hugo, Aug 7, 1961.
I do hereby certify that I am Village Clerk of the Village
of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, and that I am custodian
of its records; that the above is a true and correct copy of
Resolution adopted by the Village Council of said Village on
Aug 7, 1961.
