A RESOLUTION APPROVING STORMWATER REUSE AGREEMENTS WITH WATER'S
EDGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, PRAIRIE VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS'
ASSOCIATION AND THE PRAIRIE VILLAGE VILLAS ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, property under the management or the maintenance responsibility of the Water's Edge
Homeowners' association, the Prairie Village Homeowners' Association and the Prairie Village Villas
Association, can be served by a stormwater reuse system constructed under the project name of Water's Edge
Phase H Water Reuse Project.
WHEREAS, agreements have been prepared that would have these associations pay for 100% of the estimated
design, construction, operation and maintenance, rehabilitation, and indirect costs not already covered by grant
monies.
WHEREAS, these associations have all agreed to the conditions and signed the agreements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO:
1. The said agreements are hereby approved.
2. The Mayor is authorized to sign and execute the agreements on behalf of the city.
The City Clerk shall, upon signature, file the agreements and deliver a signed copy to all parties to each
agreement.
Council members voting AYE: Haas, Klein, Miron, Petryk, Weidt
Council members voting NAY: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 7' day of October
