A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
ORDERING QUOTE REQUEST
FOR THE 2019 JUDICIAL DITCH 2 MAINTENANCE PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to direction by the Council, WSB. has prepared plans and specifications
for the 2019 Judicial Ditch 2 Maintenance Project, and has presented such plans and
specifications to the Council for approval;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is on file at City Hall, are hereby
approved.
2. The City Engineer shall request quotes from contractors for bids upon the making of such
improvement under such approved plans and specs. The quote request shall state that
quotes must be received via email to the City Engineer by Thursday, November 7th, 2019
at 10:00 AM Central Standard Time. Any bidder whose responsibility is questioned
during consideration of the bid will be given an opportunity to address the Council on the
issue of responsibility.
Council members voting AYE: Haas, Klein, Miron, Petryk, Weidt
Council members voting NAY: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 21" day of Oc ober 2019.
