A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS TO ALL OR PORTIONS OF ROADWAYS IDENTIFIED AS
THE 2020 GOODVIEW AVENUE STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve all or portions of Goodview Avenue from County Road 8 to the
southern City Limits and to potentially assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO, MINNESOTA:
1. That the proposed improvement, to be referred to the 2020 Goodview Avenue Street
Improvement Project for study and that the engineer is instructed to report to the Council with all
convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed
improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible; whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement; the estimated cost of the improvement
as recommended; and a description of the methodology used to calculate individual assessments
for affected parcels.
Council members voting AYE: Haas, Klein, Miron, Petryk, Weidt
Council members voting NAY: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 2 1 ' day of October 1019.
