Haas <br /> remembered Randy as the president of the Yellow Ribbon Network in Washington County. <br /> October 21, 2019, City Council Meeting <br /> Klein made motion, Miron seconded, to approve the minutes for the regular City Council <br /> meeting held on October 21, 2019, as presented. <br /> All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> Approval of Agenda <br /> Weidt made motion, Klein seconded, to approve the agenda as amended by adding the <br /> scheduling of a neighborhood meeting for the Goodview Avenue street reconstruction project. <br /> All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> Recognition of the Hugo Yellow Ribbon Network—State Representative Bob Dettmer <br /> State Representative Bob Dettmer was in attendance to recognize the Hugo Yellow Ribbon <br /> Network. Dettmer read a house resolution recognizing the YRN tenth anniversary and presented <br /> it to Council Members Haas and Klein for their work with the YRN. <br /> Washington County Historical Society Presentation on New Heritage Center <br /> The Washington County Historical Society has launched a $5 million capital campaign for a <br /> Heritage Center to be located at 1862 South Greeley Street in Stillwater. The facility would <br /> include exhibit spaces, climate-controlled storage areas, research library, and space for <br /> educational programs. WCHS Board Treasurer Tom Simonet and Board Member Sheila Hause <br /> were in attendance and began by showing a short video on preserving tomorrow's history. <br /> Simonet stated that Hugo should be proud of the City's Historical Commission, but there needs <br /> to be more to share for the future. He said there are 31 communities in the County they will be <br />
