HomeMy WebLinkAbout2020.01.06 RESO 2020-5 CUP for Shared Driveway for Properties on 177th St and Henna Ave RESOLUTION 2020-5 APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A SHARED DRIVEWAY FOR THE PROPERTIES GENERALLY LOCATED SOUTH OF 177TH STREET NORTH AND WEST OF HENNA AVENUE WHEREAS, Wayne Scanlan, Jodie Alwin, and Brent and Jane Krause have requested approval of a conditional use permit to allow a shared driveway for the properties generally located at 7355 177t" Street North, 17530 Henna Avenue North, and 17590 Henna Avenue. WHEREAS, the subject properties are legally described as follows: (See attached) WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said conditional use permit at a duly called public hearing on December 19, 2019, and recommends approval subject to the conditions listed in the conditional use permit. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the conditional use permit for a shared driveway on properties located at 7355 177t" Street North, 17530 Henna Avenue North, and 17590 Henna Avenue subject to the following conditions; 1. The Easement and Maintenance Agreement for the shared driveway shall be recorded at Washington County. ADOPTED by the City Council this 6th day of January, 2020.
