PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY
CITY HALL CONFERENCE ROOM

PRESENT: Haas (via Skype), Klein, Miron, Petryk, Weidt
ABSENT: None
STAFF PRESENT: City Administrator Bryan Bear, Public Works Director Scott Anderson,
Public Works Lead Worker Mike Loeffler, Finance Director Ron Otkin, Architect Jeff Oretel
Various scenarios were presented and cost estimates were discussed for an expansion of the
existing Public Works facility. Also being considered was several floor plans for a new structure
to be constructed on the Irish Avenue Park property. Staff was directed to formulate a finance
plan for construction of a 60,000 square foot building at Irish Avenue Park.
The meeting was tabled until Wednesday, February 19, 2020.
