HUGO CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP ON
PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY
CITY HALL CONFERENCE ROOM
WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 2020 - 5:30 P.M.
The meeting held on February 10, 2020, reconvened at 5:30 p.m.
PRESENT: Haas (via Skype), Klein, Miron, Petryk, Weidt
ABSENT: None
STAFF PRESENT: City Administrator Bryan Bear, Public Works Director Scott Anderson,
Finance Director Ron Otkin, Architect Jeff Oretel
As directed by Council at the last workshop, staff presented a finance plan for the cost of a new
Public Works building for discussion. Also discussed was the possible sale of the existing
structure to the White Bear Lake School District. Council directed staff to schedule a
neighborhood meeting and arrange for the preparation of construction plans.
