A RESOLUTION DECLARING APPROVAL OF MODIFICATIONS TO THE MUNICIPAL
STATE AID STREET SYSTEM FOR THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, as a requirement to qualify for state aid funding for streets, it is necessary that the City Council
designate certain streets within the City of Hugo to create a Municipal State Aid Street system (MSAS); and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendations of the City Engineer and has approved the
modifications to the City of Hugo MSAS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO:
That Finale Ave N from 1471' St N to Frenchman Rd (CR 8) be added to the City of Hugo MSAS.
2. That 145' St N from Finale Ave N to Forest Blvd N (State Hwy 61) be added to the City of Hugo MSAS.
3. That the City Administrator shall provide a certified copy of this resolution to the City Engineer for
transmittal to the Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Transportation by May 1, 2020.
Council members voting AYE: Haas, Klein, Miron, Petryk, Weidt
Council members voting NAY: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 20 day April, 2020.
