HomeMy WebLinkAbout2020.10.19 RESO 2020-60 Site Plan for ISD #624 Transportatio FacilityRESOLUTION 2020-60 APPROVING A SITE PLAN FOR THE ISD #624 TRANSPORTATION FACILITY LOCATED AT 13411 FENWAY BOULEVARD NORTH WHEREAS, ISD #624 requested approval of a site plan for an approximately 10,600 square foot office and maintenance building that will be the School District's transportation facility, located on property legally described as follows: See Attached WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said site plan on October 8, 2020 and recommends approval subject to the conditions listed in this resolution. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site plan for ISD 9624 for an approximately 10,600 square foot transportation facility, subject to the following conditions and findings: 1. All items on the Engineer's memo and "red -line" detailed engineering comments that have been sent directly to the applicant dated October 1, 2020, shall be addressed. 2. Prior to the installation of any signs, the applicant shall obtain a sign permit. Prior to the issuance of a building permit: 3. The plans shall be revised to meet all stormwater rate control requirements. 4. The applicant shall submit the final building material samples and colors for the building to be reviewed and approved by staff. The fencing material shall also be reviewed and approved by staff. 5. The applicant shall show how the internal drainage system will be integrated into the building design and shall be reviewed and approved by staff. Prior to any grading done on site: 6. The applicant shall complete a wetland delineation of the property, to be reviewed and approved by the TEP. Prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy: 7. All ground mechanical equipment must be screened from view of adjacent properties. Staff shall perform an inspection when equipment is installed to ensure compliance with City code. 8. All required landscaping shall be fully installed. Resolution 2020-60 Page 2 9. Drainage and utility easements shall be dedicated to the City over the stormwater management facilities and applicable utilities. 10. A maintenance agreement for the stormwater management facilities shall be recorded against the property.
