APPROVING A SITE PLAN FOR GRUNDHOFER'S OLD FASHIONED MEATS
LOCATED AT 15449 FOREST BOULEVARD NORTH
WHEREAS, Grundhofer's Old Fashioned Meats, requested approval of a site plan for an
approximately 2,450 square foot addition to the existing building, on property legally
described as follows:
See Attached
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said site plan on September 24,
2020 and recommends approval subject to the conditions listed in this resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site
plan for the Grundhofer's Old Fashioned Meats, subject to the following conditions and
findings:
1. All items on the Engineer's memo and "red -line" detailed engineering comments that
have been sent directly to the applicant dated September 17, 2020, shall be addressed.
2. Prior to the installation of any signs, the applicant shall obtain a sign permit.
Prior to the issuance of a building permit:
3. The applicant shall submit the final building material samples and colors for the
building to be reviewed and approved by staff.
4. A stormwater permit shall be reviewed and approved by the City Engineer
Prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy:
5. All roof top and ground mechanical equipment must be screened from view of
adjacent properties.
6. All required landscaping shall be fully installed.
7. Drainage and utility easements shall be dedicated to the City over the stormwater
management facilities and applicable utilities.
8. A maintenance agreement for the stormwater management facilities shall be recorded
against the property.
