APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR PAUL AND LINDA
HOLMAN AND XCEL ENERGY FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 15505
FOREST BOULEVARD NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Paul Holman and Xcel Engery for the
property located at 15121 Everton Avenue North.
WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in a parcels described as
follows:
(See Attached)
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line
adjustment subject to the following condition:
1. The two parcels identified as 18.031.21.43.001 and 19.031.21.12.0001 shall be
combined.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
property line adjustment for Paul and Linda Holman and Xcel Energy.

Commencing at a stake on the East line of said Section, Nine Hundred Fifty, (950) feet
Section 18, Township 31 North, Range 21 West, except the 50 foot right-of-way of St, Croix Falls
South of the East Quarter-Sactlon comer thereof, running thence South FNty-two
Minnesota Improvement Company, recorded In Book 57 of Deeds, page 549, Washington County,
degrees and Twenty-seven minutes West (5 520 27' W) Two Thousand Six Hundred
Minnesota.
