APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR MARVIN AND JUDITH
LAVALLE AND HUGO INVESTMENTS. LLC (LARRY BARNABO) FOR THE
PROPERTIES LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST AND SOUTHWEST
CORNERS OF FRENCHMAN ROAD (CSAH 8) AND FOREST BOULEVARD
(TH 61).
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Marvin and Judith LaValle and Hugo
Investments. LLC (Larry Barnabo) that requests approval of a property line adjustment for
properties located at the northwest and southwest corners of Frenchman Road (CSAH 8)
and Forest Boulevard (TH 61).
WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in two parcels described as
follows:

WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line
adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the property line
adjustment for Marvin and Judith LaValle and Hugo Investments. LLC (Larry Barnabo).

Proposed Legal Descriptions
PARCEL A
That part of Lot 34 of COUNTY AUDITORS PLAT NO. 7 of the Village of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, which lies
Northerly of Parcel Number 4, WASHINGTON COUNTY RIGHT OF WAY PLAT NUMBER 147 - C.S.A.H. 8. EXCEPT the
following described tract: Commencing at the intersection of the East-West quarter line of Section 20, Township 31
North, Range 21 West, with the Westerly boundary line of the land owned by the Northern Pacific Railway Company,
said boundary line being 200 feet Westerly, measured at right angles, from the centerline of the main track of said
railway company, as the same existed August 22, 1919, thence Southwesterly, along said boundary line, parallel with
the center line of said track, 473.85 feet, which is the point of beginning of this description: Thence proceeding along
the same boundary line in the same direction 200 feet to a point, thence Northwesterly at right angles 100 feet to a
point, thence Northeasterly at right angles, and parallel with the said railway company boundary line, 200 feet to a
point, thence Southeasterly at right angles to the point of beginning. The herein -before described parcel being a part
of Lot 34 to COUNTY AUDITORS PLAT NO. 7.
And Except that part Commencing at the intersection of the East and West Quarter line, of Section Twenty (20),
Township Thirty-one (31) North, Range Twenty-one (21) West with the Westerly boundary line of the land owned by
the Northern Pacific R.R., said boundary line being Two Hundred (200) feet Westerly, measured at right angles from
the centerline of the main track of said Railway Company as the same existed August 22, 1919; thence Southwesterly
along said boundary line parallel with the centerline of said track Four Hundred Seventy-three and Eighty-five
hundredths (473.85) feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract herein described; thence Northwesterly at right
angles to said Westerly boundary line of said R.R property, a distance of One Hundred (100.0) feet thence
Southwesterly at right angles and parallel to westerly line of said R.R. property, a distance of Two Hundred (200.0)
feet; thence West, and parallel to the North line of said Lot Thirty-four (34) COUNTY AUDITORS PLAT NO. 7, a distance
of One Hundred Eighty (180.0) feet; thence North at right angles, a distance of Two Hundred Nineteen and Forty-five

ground property at Hugo, Minnesota being 50.0 feet wide on the Easterly side and 200.0 feet wide on the Westerly
side of said railroad company's hereinafter described main track centerline as now located and constructed upon, over
and across Government Lot 5 in Section 20, Township 31 North, Range 21 West, of the 4th Principal Meridian
Washington County, Minnesota lying between two lines drawn parallel with and distant, respectively 25.0 feet and
200.0 feet Northwesterly, measured at right angles to said hereinafter described main track centerline and bounded on
the South by the South line of said Government Lot 5 and bounded on the North by a line drawn at right angles to said
hereinafter described main track centerline from a point distant 700.0 feet Southwesterly of, as measured along said
hereinafter described main track centerline, from the said North line of Government Lot 5.

Beginning at a point on the South line of said Section 20, distant 957.5 feet East of the Southwest corner thereof;
thence Northeasterly along a straight line to a point on the South line of the Southeast Quarter of Section 8, Township
