The Hugo City Council attended a neighborhood meeting on Wednesday, February 24 at 6 p.m.
to discuss the 2021 Downtown Improvement Project. The meeting began with a presentation by
City Engineer Mark Erichson. The presentation covered project details, the feasibility study
findings, estimated project cost and the City assessment policy. The presentation was followed
by a question and answer session.
The meeting adjourned at approximately 6:30 p.m.
