APPROVING A COMPRHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT CHANGING
MAP 11-4, 2040 SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM MAP
WHEREAS, the Golden Valley Land Company has proposed an alternate location for a
sanitary sewer connection to the Met Council Interceptor. The 2040 Comprehensive
Sanitary Sewer Plan identifies a connection to the Met Council Interceptor at 165 h Street
North. The new connection will be located approximately 1,320 feet south of 1651h Street
North.
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo Planning Commission, at a public hearing on February 11,
2021, reviewed the proposed map amendment and recommended approval of the
application to the Metropolitan Council for the Comprehensive Plan Amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve a
Comprehensive Plan Amendment changing a sanitary sewer connection on Map 11-4,
2040 Sanitary Sewer System Map.
