APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR SCOTT JOHNSON
FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 9604170TH STREET NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Scott Johnson that requests approval of a
property line adjustment for properties located at 9604 170t' Street North
WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in two parcels described as
follows:
(See Attached)
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line
adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the property line
adjustment for Scott Johnson
ADOPTED by the City Council this 5th day of April, 2021.
