APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR THOMAS CALLIES
TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND
UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5555 157TH WAY
NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Thomas Callies that requests approval of an
encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within a drainage and utility
easement on the property located at 5555 157 b Way North, legally described as follows;
Lot 6, Block 7, Creekview Preserve, Washington County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
encroachment agreement for Thomas Callies on the property located at 5555 157t` Way
North.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 19th day of April, 2021.
