COUNCIL PRESENT: Klein, Miron, Weidt
COUNCIL ABSENT: Petryk
The Council gathered with friends, co-workers, and family of Finance Director Ron Otkin, who
passed away unexpectedly on May 5, 2021. Staff had collected money for the purchase of a
birdbath as a memorial that was placed near the patio on the south side of City Hall. Mayor
Weidt said a few words describing Ron's time as the Finance Director for Hugo and dedicating
the birdbath to Ron in his memory.
