APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR EMMANUEL AND
SIFON EFIONG TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE WITHIN A
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
13094 FONDANT TRAIL NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Emmanuel and Sifon Efiong that requests
approval of an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within a drainage
and utility easement on the property located at 13094 Fondant Trail North, legally
described as follows;
Lot 1, Block 8, ADELAIDE LANDING, Washington County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the encroachment
agreement for Emmanuel and Sifon Efiong on the property located at 13094 Fondant Trail
North.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 17"' day of May, 2021.
