WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION
ORDERING PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR
121" STREET/ACRES OF BALD EAGLE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, it is proposed to extend sanitary sewer and watermain and improve all or portions
of the following roadways and to potentially assess the benefited property for all or a portion of
the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429:
• 1215t Street (Everton Avenue to Falcon Avenue)
• Future Acres of Bald Eagle Roadway
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO,
MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement, called the 12st Street/Acres of Bald Eagle, for study and that
the engineer is instructed to report to the council with all convenient speed advising the council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and
feasible; whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement; the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended; and a description of the
methodology used to calculate individual assessments for affected parcels.
This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the City o o on the 7tn of June,
2021, by a vote of five Ayes and no Nays.
