APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION FOR DRENGSON MAY
ENTERPRISES, LLC, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 13165 EVERTON
AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Drengson May Enterprises, LLC, that
requests approval of a minor subdivision for property located at 13165 EVerton Avenue
North;
WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as follows:
(See Attached)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing on July 8, 2021, and recommends approval, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the minor
subdivision for Drengson May Enterprises, LLC, subject to the following conditions:
1. A minor subdivision is approved to allow the creation of two lots, in accordance with
the plans and application received by the City on April 23, 2021.
2. Prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant must provide a grading plan that
reflects the current topography and proposed grading.
3. The property is subject to the development standards of the Shoreland Overlay
District.
4. The minor subdivision is contingent on the variance application being approved for
lot width.
ADOPTED by the City Council on July 19, 2021.
