HomeMy WebLinkAbout2021.07.19 RESO 2021-47 Property Line Adj for Dregson May EnterprisessRESOLUTION 2021-47 APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR DREGSON MAY ENTERPRISES, LLC AND JOHANNA MARKESON FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF 121ST STREET NORTH AND WEST OF FALCON AVENUE NORTH WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Drengson May Enterprises, LLC and Johanna Markeson for the property located north of 121" Street North and West of Falcon Avenue North. WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in a parcels described as follows: (See Attached) WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line adjustment subject to the following condition: 1. The two parcels identified as 30.031.21.43.0007 and 31.031.21.43.0005 shall be combined. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the property line adjustment for Drengson May Enterprises, LLC and Johanna Markeson.
