CITY OF HUGO
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PROJECT AND
AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
140TH STREET EXTENSION
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted January 3, 2022, approval of the site design,
conditional use permit, and development and assessment agreement for the seventh building in the
Schwieters campus development was granted; and
WHEREAS, it is proposed to construct the new section of 140a' Street from approximately 200 feet
west of Fenway Boulevard to 1075 feet west of Fenway Boulevard.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO:
Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in this Council resolution adopted February 7,
2022.
2. The City Council shall authorize WSB to prepare plans and specifications of said improvements.
This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the Cit o on the 7ffi day of February, 2022,
by a vote of five Ayes and no Nays.
