The Hugo City Council attended a neighborhood meeting on Wednesday, February 16 at 6 p.m.
to discuss the Oneka Parkway Improvement Project. The meeting was held in the Oneka Room
with approximately 37 residents attending on ZOOM and approximately another 40 in the
audience. The meeting began with a presentation by City Engineer Mark Erichson. The
presentation covered project details, estimated project cost and the City Assessment Policy. The
presentation was followed by a question-and-answer session.
The meeting adjourned at approximately 7:40 p.m.
