APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR CITY OF HUGO FOR
PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 6900137TH STREET NORTH 7032 137TH STREET
NORTH.
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by the City of Hugo that requests approval of a
property line adjustment for properties located at 6900 137ffi Street North and 7032 137th
Street North.
WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in two parcels described as
follows:
(See Attached)
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line
adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
property line adjustment for property located at 6900 137 h Street North and 7032 137th
Street North.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 7'h day of March 2022.

LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS
Tract A:
The South 725.92 feet of the West 600.00 feet of the North one-half of the Northeast
Quarter (N %2 of NE 1/) of Section Twenty-eight (28), Township Thirty-one (31), Range
Twenty-one (21), Washington County, Minnesota.
Tract B:
The North one-half of the Northeast Quarter (N 1/2 of NE 1/) of Section Twenty-eight
(28), Township Thirty-one (31), Range Twenty-one (21), except that part described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the South line of said North %2 of the Northeast'/, distant 400
feet West of the Southeast corner thereof; thence East 400 feet to said Southeast
corner; thence Northerly along the East line of said North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/; 1,322
feet, more or less to the Northeast corner of said North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/; thence
Westerly along the North line of said North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/ 260 feet; thence
Southwesterly 1,334 feet, more or less to the point of beginning, according to the
United States Government Survey thereof, Washington County, Minnesota.
