APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR TERRANCE REETZ
TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND
UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 12560 FOXHILL
AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Terrance Reetz that requests approval of an
encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within a drainage and utility
easement on the property located at 12560 Foxhill Avenue North, legally described as
follows;
Lot 1, Block 2, FOX MEADOWS SECOND ADDITION, Washington County,
Minnesota
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
encroachment agreement for Terrance Reetz on property located at 12560 Foxhill
Avenue North.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 211 day of March, 2022.
