APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR BRAD AND MARY
DINNDORF TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE WITHIN A
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
6593 145TH CIRCLE NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Brad Dinndrf that requests approval of an
encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within a drainage and utility
easement on the property located at 6593 145th Circle North, legally described as follows;
Lot 23, Block 1, DIAMOND POINT EAST, Washington County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
encroachment agreement for Dan and Mary Dinndorf on property located at 6593 145th
Circle North.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 21st day of March, 2022.
