APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR MICHELE BROUSE
TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND
UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 13474 FONDANT
TRAIL NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Michele Brouse that requests approval of an
encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within a drainage and utility
easement on the property located at 13474 Fondant Trail North, legally described as
follows;
Lot 5, Block 5, Adelaide Landing 5"' Addition, Washington County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
encroachment agreement for Michele Brouse on property located at 13474 Fondant Trail
North.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 2' day of May, 2022.
