APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR JONATHAN
ALDANA TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE WITHIN A DRAINAGE
AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 14237 ONEKA
PARKWAY NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Jonathan Aldana that requests approval of
an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within a drainage and utility
easement on the property located at 14237 Oneka Parkway North, legally described as
follows;
Lot 13, Block 2 Clearwater Cove 2nd Addition, Washington County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
encroachment agreement for Jonathan Aldana on property located at 14237 Oneka
Parkway North.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 2nd day of May, 2022.
