APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR BENJAMIN AND
MICHELLE ROGERS TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE WITHIN A
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
13123 FONDANT TRAIL NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Benjamin and Michelle Rogers that
requests approval of an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within a
drainage and utility easement on the property located at 13123 Fondant Trail North,
legally described as follows;
Lot 3, Block 2, Adelaide Landing 3rd Addition, Washington County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment
agreement.
NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
encroachment agreement for Benjamin and Michelle Rogers on property located at 13123
Fondant Trail North.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 16d' day of May, 2022.
