RESOLUTION 2022-28 <br />APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW <br />CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br />EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 13397 FONDANT TRAIL <br />NORTH <br />WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Kevin and Rachael Venerzzo that requests <br />approval of an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within a <br />drainage and utility easement on the property located at 13397 Fondant Trail North, <br />legally described as follows; <br />Lot 13, Block 6, Adelaide Landing 5`' Addition, Washington County, Minnesota <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment <br />agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />encroachment agreement for Kevin and Rachael Venerzzo on property located at 13397 <br />Fondant Trail North. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 161' day ;ofMay, 20 <br />tom Weidt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
