APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW
CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY
EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 13397 FONDANT TRAIL
NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Kevin and Rachael Venerzzo that requests
approval of an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within a
drainage and utility easement on the property located at 13397 Fondant Trail North,
legally described as follows;
Lot 13, Block 6, Adelaide Landing 5`' Addition, Washington County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
encroachment agreement for Kevin and Rachael Venerzzo on property located at 13397
Fondant Trail North.
