APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW
CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY
EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 13455 FONDANT TRAIL
NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Justin and Shannon Schneider that requests
approval of an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within a
drainage and utility easement on the property located at 13455 Fondant Trail North,
legally described as follows;
Lot 7, Block 6, Adelaide Landing 5a' Addition, Washington County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
encroachment agreement for Justin and Shannon Schneider on property located at 13455
Fondant Trail North.
