APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR MATTHEW AND
DEREK PACULA TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE WITHIN A
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
16094 FAIROAKS AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Matthew and Derek Pacula that requests
approval of an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence within a
drainage and utility easement on the property located at 16094 Fairoaks Avenue North,
legally described as follows;
Lot 15, Block 6, Oneka Place, Washington County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
encroachment agreement on property located at 16094 Fairoaks Avenue North.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 6 h day of June, 2022.
