HomeMy WebLinkAbout2022.04.07 CC Minutes - LBAE Mayor Weidt called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. PRESENT: Klein, Petryk, Miron, Weidt ABSENT: Strub ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Bryan Bear, City Clerk Michele Lindau, Community Development Assistant Emily Weber, Washington County Residential Supervisor Lisa Young, Deputy County Assessor and Commercial Supervisor Robin Nelson, Property Appraiser Commercial Rebecca Heili, Property Appraiser Residential II Cathy Pastorius, Property Appraiser Residential II Dan Squyres , The Hugo City Council met as the Board of Appeals and Equalization to hear from property owners for the purpose of reviewing and correcting the assessment of real estate for the year 2023. Miron made motion, Klein seconded, to accept six assessor recommendations as recommended by the Washington County Assessor Dan Squyres. All Ayes. Motion carried. Miron made motion, Petryk seconded, to make no changes to property at 10249 Kerry Court North. All Ayes. Motion carried. Petryk made motion, Klein seconded, to make no changes to property at 12300 Heather Avenue North. All Ayes. Motion carried. Weidt made motion, Miron seconded, to adjust the value to $719,400 for 12746 Ethan Avenue North. All Ayes. Motion carried.
