APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW
CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE AND CONCRETE WITHIN A DRAINAGE
AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4635 ETHAN
TRAIL NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Casey and Kristen Christenson that requests
approval of an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a fence and concrete
within a drainage and utility easement on the property located at 4635 Ethan Trail North,
legally described as follows;
Lot 5, Block 3, Prairie Village 3rd Addition, Washington County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
encroachment agreement on property located at 4635 Ethan Trail North.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 1st day of August, 20
