WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PARKING ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE OF
UPPER 146TH STREET FROM FINALE AVENUE TO FITZGERALD AVENUE
WHEREAS, the existing roadway width on Upper 146th Street from Finale Avenue to Fitzgerald
Avenue is 24 feet with parking bays along the north side of the road and does not provide
adequate width for parking on both sides of the street; and
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo staff is in agreement that Upper 146th Street from Finale Avenue
to Fitzgerald Avenue should restrict parking to the north side of the road only (within the
existing parking bays) to allow traffic in both directions.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hugo, Minnesota,
as follows:
1. The City of Hugo shall prohibit the parking of motor vehicles along the south side of
Upper 146th Street from Finale Avenue to Fitzgerald Avenue.

2022, by a vote of five Ayes and no Nays.
